Course Overview:

The course is designed to enable ProSafe-RS system users to operate, maintain and modify the system with respect to the user interface Workbench. The course will outline the system’s safety features and provide a hands-on environment to enhance learning.

Training Facility:

We utilize live control system, with a complete set of redundant hardware and the latest version of related software packages of common FCS / ESD systems, experienced Instructors, simulators, and special tools.

• 6 Nos. PC Engineering WorkStation (EWS)
• AFV30D FCS integrated SCS50D ESD via Vnet/IP network and IO cards
• OS: Windows 10,
• Installed CENTUM VP R.6 along with Prosafe-RS R.4
• Software and Hardware Simulation Test Facilities

Location: Adico Training Center (ATC) / Customer Site

PARTICIPANTS:

For process engineers, process control engineers, maintenance and technical support personnel involved with the ProSafe-RS system.

Pre-requisites:

Participants should preferably have a basic knowledge of Aspects of IEC61508 / IEC61511 and Some basic knowledge on process measurement and control.
